Nurtition - July 2021 Internship

In June 2021, Rehman and I brainstormed ways to allow students an opportunity to dive deeper into medical research. Because of Covid-19, finding internships for high school students had become highly selective and challenging. Opportunities were only being provided to those who were rising seniors or college students. 

Rehman and I created an internship that catered to all high school and college students in the limelight of that situation. We decided the best way to go about this situation was to create internships about three different widespread problems: Breast Cancer, Heart Disease, and Nutrition.

We started by promoting our internship across the board on many different platforms such as Linkedln, Instagram, and Slack. We brought in approximately 60 different kids from locations around the world. This experience taught us marketing, strategy, and proper coordination. 

We then created onboarding presentations and also made google assignments for the work these fantastic internees will submit. We hope you enjoy the work and learn something new.
